The place was organized and had a very family-friendly feel, and the staff were quick to help. The swim-up bar pool was gross, though, and the people there didn't leave to use the bathroom. The music was really quiet, and there was a whole scene over a chair, haha. Aside from that, it was very peaceful.

The flat's Wi-Fi only works in the common area, and the place is about 2.2 km from the center. I paid 11.50 for an Uber at 6:30 pm. The room cleaner told me check-in starts at 2 pm, though I couldn't find that in the contract. Cleaning costs R$70. The pools are open from 7 am to 10 pm, even in high season. I was there in December. There are four pools: three small ones, including a children's pool, a sauna pool and a swim-up bar pool, plus one large pool. The swim-up bar pool is the only one with warm water. The others are uncovered and out in the sun. The large pool has two waterfalls that don't work. While I was in the pool, a man cleaned its wall. He just asked me to move away from it, then rinsed it with the pool water.

We liked it, especially the pools, though there's room for more care. The place is a bit noisy, the apartments are somewhat dirty, and they're missing some utensils.

A great condominium if you're after somewhere quiet to spend a few days of leisure.
