Pineapples Caldas Novas - Resort Praias do Lago

We paid for a room advertised for up to five guests and booked for four, but the hotel provided only two towels. The room was a mess, with no pillowcases or blankets, an empty shampoo container, and bugs everywhere. Staff were very rude when we asked for help and acted as if we were bothering them. I’ve never had such unprofessional service at a hotel. It was the worst service I’ve ever received. Update 31/12/25 after the hotel’s response: they said we should have contacted them right away, but we did. They told us they had no supplies for us. We asked again later and still got nothing, and were told to check back the next day at 9 am when a manager would be available. That didn’t help when we needed things, and they weren’t ready for what we had paid for. They take no responsibility and show no pride in the property. Don’t waste your money here.
