The park itself was great, with good pools, restaurants, slides, and helpful staff. The apartment was a different story. The bathroom sink leaked so badly that using the bathroom was almost impossible, and there were cockroaches, even inside the fridge. We booked through Hotels.com and couldn’t switch apartments, so we were stuck with that one. There weren’t any sheets or towels, and the kitchen only had a few pointless plastic utensils, one pan, and a little cutlery. Hard to see the point of a kitchen when you can’t cook anything. That’s how we SURVIVED the vacation. I can’t recommend it. Try booking through an agency that lets you change apartments if there’s a problem.
