The pools are really clean and filled with thermal water, which makes them great for relaxing. The whole place feels peaceful, welcoming, and family-friendly, with birdsong around. Whenever we come to Caldas Novas, this is now the only condominium where we stay. The staff are very polite, and I have no complaints.

Everything else was OK, and it's a good hotel. Using the gym costs R$10,00 per day, and they charge R$15 reais per person for the hotel's control wristband. That seems like an unreasonable price for a wristband.

The rooms are very good, the pools are nice, and it's an excellent hotel for families. Everyone was very polite, especially the restaurant owner, who was always courteous and attentive. I plan to come back more times.

I loved the club and wanted to share how pleased I am. The pools are clean and there's one for every preference, cold, warm, or hot. The hot tubs are perfect, the staff are helpful and polite, and the restaurant has wonderful snacks. The apartment was complete and cozy!
