I'm giving one star because there's no zero. What a waste of money. You leave to rest and come back even more worn out from all the aggravation. The problem started as soon as we opened the door: the apartment was extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned, there were trash bags in the kitchen and bathroom, and the floor was sticky with dirt. The bathroom door nearly fell off when opened or closed. The elevator only worked when it felt like it, and twice we had to climb seven floors of stairs. The pools were dirty and smelled bad, and the smell from the swim-up bar was awful too. One employee at the bar was extremely rude. We couldn't top up the card because they were simply closed, even though the bar is the only option for drinks or food. The restaurant only opens when they feel like it, and the market and convenience store had nothing, not even basics. There was so much more. Total disappointment and outrage! Zero stars. Run away!

The beds weren't properly made, and so many things were dirty. It was disgusting. They don't provide towels, bed linens, or blankets, which is shameful. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I'll definitely never come back.

The place smelled like sewage, the service was awful, and the app was horrible. They charged to put on the wristband, plus parking. I paid 800 for the weekend and won't return. The TV didn't work, and the old air conditioner just blew dust in our faces, haha. The bed was hard, the fridge didn't freeze, and we lost the cold things we'd brought. The bathroom had no light, and the pools smelled terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.

One star because there's no way to give zero. The infrastructure was awful and the service even worse. The apartment was missing items that were listed when I booked. The old air conditioner only blows air. The swim-up bar menus were so dirty that I was afraid to order food. The prepaid card can't be individual, there has to be just one per person, even though there are five of us in one apartment. Terrible service! It couldn't be worse. This was a lesson in where not to stay in Caldas, and I wouldn't recommend it.
