Villas diRoma com um dia no Acqua Park

The food on our half-board stay was delicious and there was loads of it, with a huge choice and everything fresh. Drinks were included too. Breakfast had juice, freshly roasted coffee, yogurt, and all kinds of milk. Lunch came with plenty of salads and proteins, plus a dessert table that was so well made and not artificial tasting at all. The spoon brigadeiro and passion fruit mousse were my favorites. 🥲 The pools were clean and lovely, and they drain and wash them every day. At least one stays open 24 hours. They’re warm but not scorching, and there’s no cold pool. There’s also an ofurô, a slide, and a fun kids’ area. The pools aren’t very deep. This was my first visit, and I had a great stay. Check-in and checkout were really quick, and all the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The service really felt premium. My suite was clean, new, and tidy, with cable TV, a minibar, and a hair dryer. The air conditioning worked perfectly, but the Wi-Fi was awful, so don’t count on it. Use 4G. The hotel is well equipped, with a gym that I used a lot, a big screen for watching TV, a games room, and a baby kitchenette. I loved the hotel and want to come back. It’s right in front of the water park, literally door to door, which impressed me. Not having to drive around looking for parking was a real bonus.

The breakfast has plenty of variety, and the pools are lovely and properly heated. The room I had for two people was pretty small, though the beds were comfortable. My son stayed in a huge room with two separate areas.

The hotel was good, the meals were good, and the service was okay. Breakfast and lunch were very good and felt worth the price. The evening soups for dinner were only average, though that was about what I expected. Food and pretty much anything around the hotel and park cost outrageously much. Look around carefully before getting afternoon coffee or dinner outside the hotel. I recommend the package with all meals included so you can make better use of your time at the water park.

We spent 5 days at Villas in December 2025 and loved it. The food was AMAZING!! Our half-board package included breakfast and lunch, with the option to swap lunch for dinner. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms and shared areas were really clean and well sanitized. They’d be even cleaner if some rude guests didn’t leave cans and cups lying around. Only 2 pools were open because the others were under construction, but it didn’t spoil things for us. We had free access to the water park, and those 2 pools were enough for us. The location is wonderful, just cross the street to reach the park, with lots of shops nearby and the center close by too. The one bad experience was that the hotel was overbooked, so we spent 2 days in a smaller room. We spoke with Rafael at reception and manager Luan, and they were very helpful about moving us into a bigger room as soon as one became available. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return. Their wave pool is better than the one at hot park, though it loses on looks. The waves are really, really intense. I recommend buying an inner tube for an amazing time.
