10/10
I've stayed at the hotel twice, once for two weeks and once for one, and I've always felt comfortable there. I don't understand the negative comments. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, going beyond what I'd expect. I don't speak Portuguese, but they helped me get a PCR test by calling different hospitals, and helped with car rental and other things. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Breakfast has enough variety, with fresh fruit, rolls, toast, bread, cereal, hot food, and more. There were often children in the pool, but I didn't see any problems. Breakfast times are very strict, though I think there's enough time to eat. The food available for lunch and dinner was always very good. It feels more like a business hotel, but it's also comfortable for a holiday. I'd always stay there when traveling near Salvador.

If you need to work in Camaçari, the location is great. The hotel itself is just okay otherwise. The rooms and restaurant are okay too, but the gym really needs renovating.

The food was good, and the pool was nice. The first floor felt a bit damp.
