Chalés Coco Verde - Casas em Itacimirim

We’ve rented these cottages for nine years, and it’s always a pleasure to stay. It’s a family friendly, comfortable home with two bedrooms, including one en suite, plus a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean. Sebastião, the owner, is always thoughtful and friendly with guests.

We all felt at home in this welcoming chalet, and the owner was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. When the air conditioner had a problem, sr. Sebastião fixed it very quickly. The chalet is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, organized, well cared for, and clean. It’s so close to the beach that you can head out barefoot and run straight into the sea. After the beach, the sunny pool warms up nicely. There’s a pleasant green area too, and relaxing in the hammock on the balcony was lovely. Itacimirim beach is calm and pleasant, with practically no waves. We loved it all and left very satisfied. I recommend it!

We loved the beach at Itacimirim, it’s beautiful! The chalet itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and we were warmly welcomed. It’s pet friendly and has Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There’s also a pool, playground, and barbecue area. The nearby surf beach offers lessons and has a kiosk and good facilities. We loved our stay!

We’re back for our fourth visit, and the chalet has had some structural improvements while staying organized and peaceful. It’s clean, the service is excellent, and the quiet is what we value most, with no loud music or shouting. Well done!
