It’s in a good location, but the place looks abandoned. I feel like the management needs more drive to run the business. The rooms could use bright paint and new furniture to make guests feel comfortable and settled, whether they’re here to rest or on vacation. Breakfast could offer more variety and include more local food, and the attendants, especially the night staff, need better training. In its current state, a friendly person can help make up for some disappointment with the condition of the place.

The location is really good, but the service fell well short. The room was dirty, and so were the sheets.

The staff were courteous, and that was the only good part. Everything else was awful: damp sheets, dingy towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and an old room that smelled of cigarettes. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Eva made my stay calm, comfortable, and relaxing, and I’m especially grateful to her. Mr. Cláudio also helped me find the place before I’d even checked in. The reception staff were great, security was good, and breakfast had plenty of fresh options. The team at Splendor made me want to come back. Thanks so much! 😊🙃

The price is affordable, but the lack of comfort makes it poor value. My room had a working AC, but the bathroom had no shower enclosure door, and its floor was broken and damp. It didn’t feel very clean. The Wi-Fi was weak even for basic browsing, and breakfast was very limited and served late every time I was there. The hotel needs better upkeep.
