The staff at the inn are really friendly. The place itself is very basic, mostly somewhere to sleep after a day at the beaches or in Rio. The shower is weak, though you can still get a comfortable shower. The double bed was harder than the single one. Breakfast comes from the snack bar next door, and it’s just a simple coffee, nothing generous.

I was disappointed from the start because there’s no garage. The air conditioner seems to be there just for show and doesn’t help, and the bathroom was tiny and dirty, with a shower that barely trickled. The price doesn’t match what’s offered, and I wouldn’t recommend it. They really need to improve things.

A perfect 10 for the location at the entrance to Barra do Pojuca. It’s easy to reach by bus and sits between Guarajuba and Praia do Forte, close to Rio Pojuca and Reserva Sapiranga. There are plenty of leisure activities, including boat trips, free snorkeling in the pools, and introductory dives.
