The staff made the place feel especially welcoming. Maurício was attentive, the breakfast ladies were lovely, and the man who took us on the boat trip was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, cared for, and cozy, with nature all around and a real sense of peace. It’s hard to put the hotel’s lovely energy into words. We’d definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

The pool was wonderful, and there’s a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. Our room was cozy, surrounded by nature, and the staff were really polite. We had a wonderful stay at Refúgio and will definitely be back.

Our cabin Amanhecer was just right, and my husband and I loved the whole stay. We celebrated my birthday there, with an amazing breakfast and cake. The place brought together fresh air, peace, comfort, and convenience, and the whole team, from reception to the restaurant, deserves credit. We had so many incredible moments at Refúgio By Bellatrix. Thank you!
