There’s plenty of room for both kids and adults here, and the beachfront setting and expansive grounds make it feel different from other hotels we’ve stayed at in Brazil. We upgraded to the premium food option and got a high level of service. The food was good, the service was great, and there’s entertainment and activities alongside the peaceful atmosphere.

The kids were delighted to spot a few animals around the resort. There’s lots of nature, a good entertainment program, and several quiet corners that you don’t often find at resorts like this.

The location is great, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room could use an update. The buffet had huge amounts of food and plenty to choose from, though I didn’t find it especially tasty. The gym was a big letdown, with dirty, broken equipment.

The entertainment crew were the exception, really friendly people. But the food was the worst part for me. I couldn’t find a single meal I liked, and they even got the well-known northeastern breakfast wrong. My upgraded room, a chalet, was still outdated and in bad shape. I could have canceled when they showed it to me, but I tried to stick it out for two days of my four-day booking and couldn’t stay longer. This place needs a full renovation and the restaurant needs serious attention. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I wouldn’t rate it three stars, let alone five.

They never replied to my email, so I rode my bike all the way to the hotel. When I got there, they wouldn’t let day visitors in. I was ready to pay for breakfast and the spa, but those were only available to hotel guests. Bad service.
