Hotel Dunas Camocim

Awesome.

Great.

The pool is really nice, the rooms are clean, and the air conditioning gets very cold. There’s hot water, too, and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Excellent place and service. Highly recommend.

My room had a very strong mold smell. I arrived early and left the windows open until I came back that night, which helped a little. When I bathed my baby, though, I found the shower only ran cold water. I went to reception, and the attendant said she’d contact the manager to ask what to do, even though simply giving us another bathroom would have solved it. After we waited a while, they offered another room, but its mold smell was even worse. It was clear the rooms aren’t cleaned daily. Breakfast was very poor, too. When I complained that the minibar was switched off, I was told guests are supposed to turn it on themselves. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience.
