The room I stayed in was quite basic and had no windows, so it felt stuffy with no air circulation. The team were very polite, service was very good, and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was only so-so, and eggs were the only protein option. The sausage doesn't count as protein. My experience was negative, and I definitely won't return. The first room felt like a windowless, lightless box and smelled terribly of bleach, apparently to cover up a mold smell. There were two dehumidifiers in there, and I felt sick. When I asked to move, they said they couldn't do anything until I said I wanted a refund and would leave. The second room was a little better because it had two windows, but it was still a house turned into several rooms, with two drains in the middle of the room and a shower enclosure door that wouldn't close. I don't recommend it.

The towels were basic, but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and breakfast was included and good. You could also get dinner for an extra charge. The staff were kind and the service was good. The value was satisfactory for a work trip.

The beds were very comfortable and the service deserves a 10. The bathroom kept getting soaked because of where the shower was positioned. The restaurant was hot and cramped. I understand the menu is simple, but the bread was always stale. If we arrived for breakfast after 8:00, some items were already gone and couldn't be replenished.
