I had the worst stay of my life. The power went out several times, the showers didn’t work, and a horrible smell came from the plumbing.

The room was clean and felt new, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff were really attentive and the price was fair. I’d definitely stay here again if I need to.

8/10
The room was large, almost like a flat, but there was no wardrobe. The service was courteous and breakfast was good. It’s a good hotel, and although the value for money is on the high side, during São João, when I stayed, the price was in line with the local average.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were polite and attentive. The rooms were disappointing, though, and really need updating soon.

The rooms were very good, and breakfast was good too. Check-in was welcoming, and getting in and around the place was easy and calm.
