We were only there for one night, but it was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable, the shower felt great, and breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is also very close to Parque do Povo.

The location was excellent, and the rooms and shared areas were pleasantly clean. Breakfast was very good and worth having at the hotel. Parking was decent, though its access control system felt outdated. There were some real drawbacks. The bathroom flush was damaged, and one of the adult beds was almost child-sized. Staff couldn’t answer questions accurately, especially a woman working dinner service who seemed to complain about nearly everything. The price felt high for the level of service and condition of the facilities. If you can leave the hotel, avoid paying for extra meals there: the food is expensive, then they add a service charge and, unbelievably, another fee just for eating at the hotel. Luxxor markets itself as very high-end, but that image doesn’t match what I experienced. The rooms also didn’t look like the online photos. I can recommend the hotel, but with reservations.
