I thought I'd booked a hotel, but it's actually a hostel, and a very good one. The rooms were spotless and tidy, the facilities are new and well maintained, and it was quiet enough for a great night's sleep. The one downside was self check-in: the instructions were incomplete and hard to follow, so I had to figure things out by trial and error.
So cozy, and everything was clean. The staff are excellent and deserve congratulations. I hope I can come back again 🙏🏾🥰🫶🏾
It delivers what it promises and met my expectations, though there's no breakfast. One downside is that they say there's parking but don't mention it's 600 meters away.
I stayed at K1 and had a really good experience. My room was neat and organized, and the cleanliness was clearly kept up. Andressa deserves a special mention: she was attentive, kind, and very professional. She also handles maintenance and cleaning of the quatis and common areas. I recommend staying here.
The building is new, the rooms are nice and clean, and the residence is well located in campinas. But I had two serious issues. First, they took too long to send the remote check-in steps, leaving me waiting outside. They should send those instructions ahead of time. Second, after checking in remotely, I had to sign a sheet about my stay. It was left on the counter with other guests' sheets, showing their personal information. Other guests shouldn't be able to see that, and the hotel needs to fix it.
