The room had a smart TV, air conditioning, a hot shower, a small kitchen, and a parking spot. The setup felt modern and well equipped. The team were warm and welcoming, and it’s close to PUC campinas. The university neighborhood is far from downtown, but it’s handy if you need to take care of things at the university. I talked with the owner about the mattress because it’s really hard, seriously hard, and he said he’s already arranging to replace it.

I stayed for two months, and they were always very helpful. It’s a peaceful place with a really good location, close to pq Dom Pedro shopping center. Worth it.

The room was dirty, and the sheets and towels were low quality. It was also short on utensils. The owner was very attentive.
