I stayed three nights across two visits, on the way to and back from Bonito and the Pantanal. It was easy to change my reservation at the last minute without any extra charge, and taxis were easy to get. The hotel sits beside a lovely city park and the wonderful Bioparque Pantanal aquarium, though there isn't much else within walking distance, like shops or restaurants. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. I also appreciated that English was spoken, which is valuable for travelers. The staff were warm and helpful all through the hotel, starting at reception. Kelly was a dream host, eager to make dining a pleasure. The building has a beautiful, peaceful design with lots of light and inviting areas, including the restaurant's outdoor deck. Breakfast buffet and the other meals were great. A top-notch stay that I'd highly recommend.

The rooms were clean, up to date, and very comfortable, and the food was good. The breakfast buffets were wonderful, and I especially enjoyed the catfish and spaghetti with mushroom sauce for dinner. We only speak English, and the staff were happy to find someone who spoke it or to practice their English themselves. They were friendly and easy to talk to.

The room was perfect and planned out extremely well. Check-in and check-out at reception were fast and efficient, and room service was excellent. They even called to ask if everything was all right. For a hotel in this class, it was really incredible. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. I highly recommend it.
