I left five days early because I couldn't take the room anymore. At checkout, the chair someone was sitting on came apart and nearly hurt him. The room itself was awful: the toilet was so cramped its door would hit my knees unless I held it, it smelled terrible, and water running loudly upstairs kept waking me whenever someone showered. The sheets were dirty, there were handprints all over the walls, and the room was filthy. No towels or soap were provided, so I had to go downstairs and ask. They had to make do with old towels because no regular ones were available. A socket, the hangers, the toilet paper holder, and the mattress were all broken. Check-in also involved long lines. A despicable experience. Run as far as you can.

I like that ibis is predictable, with the same accommodation and service each time and no surprises. The service in the room was great, and reception was very friendly. Breakfast wasn't really to my taste, though the basics were good, especially the pão de queijo and fresh juice.

A cozy, simple place that works well for students and travelers who aren't looking for luxuries. There's no breakfast, but there's a small food shop where you can buy something and have them prepare it. If you're taking a night flight, arrange a taxi 1-2 hours ahead.

Check-in was slow, there was no room service, no blankets available, and nothing to buy to eat at the hotel. I also didn't get any ALL program points. Poor service.

The room is very good, but the bathroom is cramped. I'm 1.66 m tall and still don't have enough room to position my legs comfortably.
