The beds were lovely and the rooms were very good, but the stay had some serious problems. I’d been there several days with a baby, and dirty diapers had piled up, so I asked for the room to be cleaned. They brought me the bedding and left me to change it myself. I’d never seen that before. They also threw away my baby’s biscuits while mopping, which I thought was outrageous, though I didn’t say anything at the time. Breakfast was exactly the same for all five days, and one day they gave me yogurt that was already seven days past its expiry date. I pointed it out and they didn’t even apologize. The two black bottles in the breakfast photo were supposed to hold coffee and milk. One was full of coffee, while the milk bottle had less than a glass in it. The hotel is in what Uber drivers called the Cracolândia of Campo Grande. They described the area as dangerous, with many robberies by homeless people nearby. Hotel staff said it was “quiet,” but it wasn’t.

The breakfast stood out for how carefully it was put together: everything was fresh, neatly arranged, and ready at the agreed time. The staff were especially good too, and the hotel was fantastic.

The apartment was new, very clean, and really cozy, and the employees were kind and helpful. There are lots of cameras and security devices around the accommodation. A few people who seemed to be homeless or drug users were near the property, despite the busy roads and avenues nearby. In my experience they didn’t approach me, so it wasn’t an issue, and I felt fine going out at night.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel was comfortable, well equipped, and super clean, and the employees were attentive. Breakfast was delivered right to my door. They also have security at the hotel now.
