The check-in and check-out are self-service. Just follow the instructions carefully, and I found the process convenient. The place is peaceful and welcoming, with a great setting for relaxing among nature. The kitchen has basic utensils for putting together small meals, plus a bottle opener and wine glasses 😍. We had a minor issue during our stay, but the team got in touch on WhatsApp and sorted it out quickly, with a lot of care and attention. We’d happily come back soon. A special hug to the Cristinas from the kitchen at Cerejeira home, part of the same group. They’re so sweet!

The balcony has a wonderful view, and the kitchen is stocked with the basic utensils. It’s a lovely, comfortable place, and the heated bed is a nice extra. The team responds quickly, and there’s a small convenience shop on site. The door catches a little on the floor, though it still opens and closes. The bathroom mirror is also positioned in a way that makes it a bit harder to get to. Still, it’s worth staying here.

The place looks like the photos and is close to the center, with easy access, but the floor had broken tiles and some towels were torn. Communication was really poor. I tried to get in touch 48 hours ahead of time and got no reply. My check-in was at 3 pm, but I didn’t get the instructions until 4:30, after I called Airbnb to complain. While we were there, no one contacted us in person or on WhatsApp. We considered ordering the extra-cost breakfast to the room, then gave up because we couldn’t get a response.

Really bad. It seemed to be a cabin made from the kind of marine plywood used for shelters on construction sites. There were exposed wires and a strong musty smell.
