I had a really good stay. The staff were amazing, friendly, and gave great service. My wife booked it, so the price must have been good. The beds were comfortable, and you can drive to Capivari in about five minutes. Breakfast and afternoon tea were simple but good. The lounge was comfortable too, and you can watch Netflix with your own account.

The hospitality really set this stay apart. Everyone gave us spectacular service, especially Valmir, João Marcos, and Diana. Our family felt at home with all the warmth and care, and we're grateful for those wonderful days. The bed was good, the place was cozy, and breakfast was wonderful. Congratulations to the Hotel and its team for the service!

The apartment was comfortable, and breakfast was really tasty. From arrival through checkout, everyone was friendly and took good care of us.

The location was good, and depending on your room, you may get a lovely view of the city. The staff were polite and helpful. But even though we took the best room category they offered, the room fell well short. The blackout blind let in enough light that the room was bright at sunrise. Water escaped the shower enclosure and spread across the rest of the bathroom. The TV was very old and not a smart TV, and the device connected to it that was supposed to provide that service didn't work. The old air conditioner stopped working on our last night. Breakfast was also disappointing, very basic compared with other inns at this price. We decided against trying the fondue after hearing negative comments from other guests. We stayed for four days and had high expectations because of the price and the good reviews we had read, but we came away disappointed. The service should be much better for what they charge. The final surprise came at checkout, when we were told there was an additional 10% charge on the room rate to pay the staff. They should have told us about it before we booked, not just at checkout.
