Very nice place, with clean rooms and good service. What’s missing is breakfast, a TV in the bedroom, and working Wi-Fi in the rooms. I also didn’t feel very safe because there’s no front desk at night and there don’t seem to be many outside cameras. I arrived late and found the parking gate open, giving direct access to the rooms.

We stayed five days and were very pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was complete and delivered to the room, and housekeeping was impeccable. The garage is a little tight and takes some patience, but it works perfectly well. The hotel is right beside Paris 6 restaurant and very close to the center. I stayed in room 4, and it was well worth it.

The team was outstanding, helpful, and extremely polite. Breakfast was great and served in the flat. It’s a huge, fully equipped apartment, just an 8-minute walk from Capivari. One of the 10 wonders of hospitality in Campos do Jordão. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend it!

Fran took great care of me, always attentive and helpful. The flat was clean, very comfortable, and close to Capivari, with all the conveniences that make it feel like home. Both the living room and bedrooms had TVs. The unit I stayed in had two suites, which works well for a family, and a full kitchen with a large fridge, oven, cooktop, and microwave. Highly recommended.

The flat was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Fran was so helpful, kind, and friendly, and so were Luana and the rest of the team.
