The room won me over as soon as Márcio showed it to us, and I immediately said we should stay. My husband and I had been booked at another hotel from 11/12 to 14/12 to celebrate my birthday, but heavy rain and strong winds had left it without power. We went looking for somewhere else and found Europa Hotel, where Márcio greeted us with such warmth. I have nothing but praise for the cozy place and spotless cleanliness. Breakfast was simple but made with care, with homemade bread and eggs cooked to order. Márcio was attentive, helped us plan outings, and was always cheerful and greeting us whenever we passed. He seems like someone who truly enjoys his work. I'll definitely come back with my children, and I recommend the hotel.

Don't stay at this awful dump, especially if you're married. I wasn't a guest, only visiting, when the receptionist asked whether my wife was liberal. That's the kind of employee this hotel is willing to host. The hotel is trash.
