The service really made me feel welcome. Every staff member was professional, and they went out of their way to take good care of me. The hotel is in a great location and offers an outstanding experience, including vegan food that was among the best I’ve ever tasted. Hotel Estrela da Serra has elegant suites, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again.

Everything is vegan, with lots of choices, including a salad buffet. At breakfast, they’ll make eggs for guests who like them. It’s a great hotel, and it has car service parking. Vila Capivari is just 300 meters away, along a small, charming pedestrian street.

The staff were friendly and well trained, and the room was spacious with great beds and comfortable bedding. I also really liked the shower. There’s a heated pool, sauna, gym, spa, and games room. The restaurant has a vegan theme, while breakfast is more standard but includes some vegan options. It’s well located in the heart of Campos do Jordão, near Capivari. I’d recommend staying here if it fits your budget.
