Pousada Alpes Azul

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and the hosts were really welcoming and friendly. The little dog was so sweet and gentle, too. I stayed at Pousada Alpes Azul last weekend, from 10/01 to 12/01, and found it peaceful and cozy. Everything was very clean and well cared for. I loved my time there, and I'll definitely stay there again when I return to Campos do Jordão.

The staff were well prepared, always polite, and ready to help. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and we were even surprised with afternoon tea. A dedicated play area for children, such as a playroom or playground, would make it more convenient for families. Still, it was a great choice for our stay.

It's a simple inn, but the rooms are cozy, airy, and spacious, as are the bathrooms. My room was spotless, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was simple but really tasty. The quiet setting, away from the busy area, made it a great place to rest. It's still only about a 5-10 minute drive from the livelier part of town. We loved everything, and I found it to be one of the best value stays I've had.

Rafael welcomed us when we arrived and was consistently polite, helpful, and efficient. Our group of 12 adults and 4 children had a wonderful stay, with nothing to complain about. The hotel was clean and pleasant, the view was lovely, the rooms were spacious, and breakfast was great. There isn't air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in December during hotter than usual weather, but the rooms were airy and we didn't feel hot while sleeping. Pousada Alpes Azul is definitely worth a stay, and we'll return next time we're in Campos.
