We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean and well organized, and the inn was a great place to stay. We had wonderful days there and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Pinheiro, who gave us tips about the city and places to eat and was always ready to help. Thank you from the heart, I loved it ❤️‍🔥

The view was wonderful, and the place itself is so beautiful. I've never stayed in such a lovely castle. It was organized too, and the staff member was very attentive and clearly concerned about the guests.

We came back for a second stay and chose suite 10 this time. It's spacious, with two areas and a dividing door, which would work well if traveling with a child or another person. There’s a tub for a hot soak together, plus a fireplace for wine and cheese or roasting marshmallows. It also has an LED TV and a heater. There’s no air conditioning, but at this altitude in Campos do Jordão, with the inn around 2,000 meters above sea level and Capivari center at 1,800, cold air isn’t needed. The view is breathtaking too, great for photos. Breakfast runs until 11 and has a good spread, with eggs, sausages, fruit, bread, cakes, and juices replenished regularly. Parking is free. The front desk can lend DVDs for a rainy evening, and there’s a game room, gym, lookout, sauna, and a nice reception area with canapés, tea, coffee, and cake. The service is what really stands out. Everyone was friendly and attentive, including owner Ronalda, the always cheerful Pinheiro, and Cainã. They made a real difference to our stay. On our first visit in October 2024, we stayed in the Super Luxury apartment, a more rustic option with a balcony. It was spacious and romantic, and they welcomed us with flowers and hearts as decoration. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday, and it made the occasion feel special. My previous review disappeared, so this one adds to it. We're leaving Sunday already missing the place, and planning to return soon. Of the many places we've stayed in town, Pousada MG will be our choice again. I highly recommend suite 10, it's roomier and more romantic.
