Our 15-month-old loved the little playground, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well cleaned even after the mess our son made. The breakfast choices were good, and the staff there answered our questions about allergens. Everyone was excellent, from the moment we pulled into the garage. A young man I believe was called Jon Victor greeted us, spoke English with me, helped with our bags, and showed us around. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is prime. A few small things didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast starts at 08:00, though I would have preferred 07:00. The bedroom wallpaper was peeling, and a few things could use an update. We also had trouble finding a garbage bin in the common areas, so we weren’t sure where to throw things away outside the room. The cleaning staff did a superb job, and the hotel was very clean everywhere.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always around when we needed them. Breakfast and tea were served very well, and the large rooms had nice views. Since the hotel is new, the rooms and furniture are new too. It sits right beside the main part of the city, close to most of the bars and restaurants. A great place, highly recommended.

A great spot in Campos do Jordão. The accommodations were very comfortable, the food was good, and the staff were consistently kind.

We even got discounts, and I couldn’t find anything bad to mention. The people, lodging, hygiene, and atmosphere were all nice. A great place to visit when you’re going to Campos do Jordão.

It’s a great place, although a little on the expensive side.
