The room was clean and very comfortable, and the location is about 3.5 km from the center. It’s a very good place to stay, a family-run hotel.

The location is very good, and the staff were great and polite. But our room smelled of mold, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. We reported it, but nothing was done. When the room was cleaned, they only made the bed, leaving the floor and bathroom dirty. We spent two nights with that overpowering sewage smell. A real shame.

We were five people sharing one room, with a bed for each of us, and the whole place felt welcoming. It was very clean and cosy, with a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The staff were so polite, and breakfast was great.

Glória, José, André, and the rest of the staff were so attentive and polite, and they pointed us toward several attractions. The inn is lovely and welcoming, and breakfast was wonderful. We loved our stay. Thanks for everything, and congratulations to the team. A 10!

D. Glória was wonderful and so friendly. She explained the city and its sights and tours to me. The inn is excellent, and when I come back to Campos, I’ll definitely stay here again.
