The road outside gets noisy at night, with cars and motorcycles passing by and making it hard to sleep. Noise-insulating windows would help make this a perfect place to stay in Campos. Inside, the triple room was on the small side, but the bed covers were warm and comfortable, and the bathroom had lovely heated flooring. The breakfast room was clean, cozy, and bright, with a generous spread of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, and both hot and cold choices. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The valet, receptionist, and breakfast staff were all kind and friendly. Thanks for such warm hospitality!

The heated bathroom floor was a lovely touch, and the location is excellent, close to the center of Capivari. The inn itself feels cozy, and the room was wonderful. From our first contact on WhatsApp until we arrived, everyone welcomed us with such care and attention. Every member of the team was helpful, polite, and warm. We were very happy with the whole stay, and Pousada Telhado de Ouro will feel like a second home whenever we return to Campos do Jordão. See you again soon!

The breakfast and afternoon tea were such a treat! We had a wonderful stay and lovely days at the inn. Bruno, who works in the breakfast area, is so kind and charming, and the whole team deserves top marks. I hope to come back and stay there again soon.

We’ve stayed at the hotel twice with my family, and I’d happily recommend it. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped, while breakfast is delicious, generous, and offers plenty of choices. Its location makes it easy to get to the region’s main attractions. The staff are consistently attentive, courteous, and ready to help, so both visits have been really pleasant.
