The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with clean sheets, blankets, and everything else in the room kept clean. Hot water works well at both the shower and sink, which is great in cold weather. There’s no room heater, but the wooden floor keeps things at a pleasant temperature. You also get a TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar for guests, and two complimentary bottles of water. It has a polite, family-like atmosphere, and the price is in line with the area. It’s less than 2 km from Capivari center.

Terrible experience. I drove 200 km after booking and paying for a room, only to arrive and be told the Pousada was full. They don’t keep track of their reservations. The receptionist was great, but the management is awful. Nothing but hassle.

The staff were excellent, and I felt so much at home I can hardly put it into words. The Pousada is wonderful. And the pinhão cake the women make is heavenly.

We were welcomed and treated really well by Sergio. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the shower got very hot. The place felt cozy, and breakfast was very good. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff are very attentive and make you feel at home. It’s good value, especially during peak season. The location is a little far from the center, so you’ll need transport, and the heating in the building could be better.
