Secreto Boutique Hotel

I spent my birthday at this hotel in Campos do Jordão, and the beautiful view and cozy atmosphere made the stay feel special. The staff were thoughtful and caring in every detail, always polite, attentive, and helpful. I felt welcome the whole time. It was an unforgettable visit, and I’d love to return. The little extras make the price worth it. Since the hotel has only a few rooms, the service really stands out. There’s chocolate when you arrive, and after dinner they leave tea and cookies on your bed. There’s also an afternoon snack, and the guys at reception are great. Pets are welcome, with things like a little bed and mat provided. The rooms are cozy, and the hotel is near the center, close enough to walk if you like.
