The condominium is close to the center, but it feels far away because there’s no noise at night. Nature is all around. Anyone with a house there knows how easy it is to sleep well, and even oversleep, haha. It’s a wonderful place to stay or visit in cold weather. I recommend it.

A wonderful residential community, set in an Araucaria forest. It’s very well maintained, with a recreation area, a lake, and geese. A little paradise.

Access is controlled, and the place is well maintained. The access road is the letdown. They should put more pressure on the mayor and city councillors to get it paved.

A very peaceful place, just right for resting, with a lovely setting for spending time together as a family.
