I had a really disappointing time at Winter Lounge in Campos do Jordão. The place was completely empty, just me, my fiancé, a couple of friends, and the DJ. There wasn’t even a bartender, yet entry cost us a lot: R$80 for me and R$120 for him. There was also a R$40 minimum spend, which didn’t feel worthwhile when a can of beer alone cost R$35. When I asked about it, the owner Roberta was extremely rude. She just told me I could “feel free to leave” and showed no interest in offering a refund, even though we’d been there less than half an hour. The value was terrible, the service disrespectful, and they seemed completely unprepared to deal with customers. I definitely don’t recommend it. There are plenty of better options in Campos do Jordão.

The DJ was brilliant, and the music selection suited the crowd so well that everyone was dancing and having fun all night. My friends and I had a great time at Winter Lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful from the entrance through the bar, and made us feel welcome throughout the event. The decor and lighting gave the place a festive, inviting feel, a great atmosphere for meeting friends. Congratulations to the whole team for their hard work and for making it such a joyful, memorable night. I’d recommend Winter Lounge to friends visiting Campos do Jordão, and I hope to return. Thanks for all the effort you put into creating a night we’ll remember.

My friend and I spent New Year's Eve 2023-24 at Winter Lounge. We didn't know the place and weren't sure we'd like it, but it exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, starting with the ticket purchase: they were so patient answering all our questions about the party. The bar and cleaning staff were great too. We loved the atmosphere and music, and even made some great friends there. It was a wonderful night, and I’d definitely go back.
