Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff treated guests cordially.

The staff really stand out: they’re attentive and work hard to help. It’s a family-friendly place, great for families with kids, with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, everything is very clean, and breakfast has lots of variety with fresh food. Definitely worth staying here.

We felt misled and out of pocket, and the customer service was awful. I do not recommend this inn. There were four of us in two rooms, checking out Sunday morning, and we wanted to spend the rest of the day in town before heading home in the afternoon. We agreed with the receptionist to pay for just one half-day in one room, so we could store our bags and shower before leaving, without staying overnight. We paid, returned the key to the other room, and went out, trusting that agreement. When we came back late in the afternoon, the employee on the next shift, Mr. Marcos, disregarded it and demanded payment for another half-day. We were exhausted and agreed to pay so we could leave. The next day, once home, I contacted the inn and calmly explained what had happened again, asking for a refund of the improper charge. They brushed me off and did nothing to resolve it. No one took responsibility for the mistake, and they wouldn’t give us another way to make a complaint.
