Stay House Temporada

Everything was clean, organized, and just like the photos, with thoughtful details that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. From the first message, the Stay House Temporada team was quick, polite, and extremely helpful. You can tell they care about guests’ well-being. The service felt professional and trustworthy, and the whole stay was wonderful. It’s the kind of place where you arrive and know you made the right choice. I’d recommend it without hesitation!

A company with no integrity. They give customers incorrect information to persuade them to book, which is misleading advertising. After the booking, they treated me indifferently and wouldn’t listen to my complaint. They simply CANCELED my reservation on the day. I don’t recommend them.

The apartment was beautiful, airy, and surprisingly spacious, so everyone could relax comfortably. Its location right in central Canela made things so easy. We walked to Catedral de Pedra and explored nearby restaurants and little shops without needing to take the car out of the garage. It’s a great mix of convenience and peace. The service was excellent too, with quick replies whenever we needed something. The person who handled check-in and check-out was attentive and punctual. Our stay was absolutely impeccable.

I had trouble with the reservation, just like another user mentioned. After changing my plans, I politely asked if they could undo the booking. Airbnb first said it wasn't possible through them, then told me it was up to the owner. He was very rude and inflexible, and refused to adjust the reservation even though I would have booked again for different dates. It showed me what kind of business he runs. I want nothing to do with this place on a future trip. There was no courtesy or respect, and although you can try to earn your money back, they've lost several customers. Word of mouth and recommendations matter. Disgusting.
