I’ve never had such an awful experience or been treated so badly. I travel to Gramado often, but no one there had ever insulted me like this. I made a reservation through Booking for a work trip to Gramado with my family, including my four-year-old daughter. We arrived at night so I could leave my wife and daughter there before heading out to do a show in Gramado/RS. The owner, Sr. Ercília, approached me and, without any courtesy, said she wouldn’t let me stay. I showed her proof of the Booking reservation and explained that my wife and four-year-old were with me in the car. She made no effort to open the gate or sort things out. In front of my family and another couple of friends, she insulted me with vulgar language and called me a “Pilantra.” I don’t recommend this place or advise anyone to stay there. I’m already taking steps to resolve what happened, which I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Because it was late, I had to go to work and leave my wife and daughter in my car until 05:30 in the morning. After the show, I had to look for somewhere else to sleep and rest. My wife and daughter were left in the car until the show ended, putting their safety and well-being at risk. My four-year-old suffered for no reason. If the owner had simply talked with me and looked at the proof of my reservation, she would have seen how serious her mistake was.
We spent seven days here with my family. The inn was pleasant, clean, and very tidy, and breakfast covered the essentials. Our accommodation had one apartment, another above it, and a wooden mezzanine. The only drawback was how noisy the mezzanine was: we could hear the people upstairs talking. Apart from that, everything was very, very good.
The outside area was beautiful, and we had a really good room with comfortable accommodations. We were welcomed warmly, enjoyed an excellent breakfast, and had a wonderful experience. I recommend it to couples looking for comfort and privacy.
Everything’s simple but really pretty and clean. The place is wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. dona Angélica and her daughters are so lovely, attentive, and dedicated. Dona Ercília, who owns the pousada, is wonderful too. It’s well worth a stay.
