The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff made our stay feel delightful from start to finish. I've stayed in four and five star hotels around the world, but the service at Cyrilo's Palace was the best I've had at a hotel, truly phenomenal. We arrived at 6 am after an overnight bus ride with no sleep, and my fiancée needed Wi-Fi for work before check-in. We only asked to wait in the lobby, but they let us check in eight hours early. We did have to pay for breakfast, of course, and that early room was such a relief. Later, the reception team went well out of their way to recommend pizza and help us book a boat trip. The delivered pizza was delicious. The boat arrangements took several calls and a lot of coordination, and they also let us check out VERY late. They were kind and helpful at every step. I can't recommend this place enough.

The food is delicious, and there’s a lovely pool with a great view of the lake. I also slept well on the firm mattress. The pillows are on the tall side, so they may not suit everyone, though I like them that way.

A clean, nice hotel in capitolio. The rooms are a bit small, so ask for one with a refurbished bathroom.
