There’s enough parking, the place feels safe, and the pool stays open into the evening. The inn is downtown, but up on a hill, so you’ll need a car or motorcycle unless you want to walk up the slope. Breakfast has plenty of variety and is very good. Room service is efficient, the place is clean, and the rooms have air conditioning and hot showers. I recommend it.

The breakfast staff were the one bright spot. Breakfast itself was good, and the women serving it were wonderful. The rest of our stay was awful, and I can’t recommend this inn. We stayed from September 5 to 7. The receptionist was very unwilling to help and didn’t explain how room cleaning worked. Our bathroom was dirty, and whenever we showered, water collected in the drain. On the second day we had an early trip to Lago de Furnas. Another car was blocking ours in, and the man at reception didn’t know who it belonged to. He knocked on every room door and woke the other guests trying to find out. It took 30 minutes to identify the owner, and we nearly missed our trip. The place was completely disorganized.

The view from the inn is beautiful, the staff are very attentive, and breakfast is really good. It starts at 8 a.m., though, and I wish they served it earlier so we could make the most of the day.

The inn is attractive and well organized, with excellent breakfast and a tidy room. The parking is good, though getting in takes care because the property is on a steep slope. Our standard double had a comfortable bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. Also, our room was near the entrance gate, which made quite a bit of noise whenever it opened and closed.

We had a lovely stay, with spacious rooms, a very good shower, excellent service and breakfast, plus a beautiful view and a really pleasant shared area.
