Chalé Sol da Prainha

I booked a room, and the house is really nice, with comfortable space for up to five people. There's a lot of freedom, and the shower is wonderful. It's very close to prainha, which is well lit at night if you want to walk along the beach. Remember to bring soap and blankets. Let them know when you're arriving too, since there's no 24-hour reception, though the person in charge was available.

What a terrible experience. We got there around 11:00 p.m., and were charged $20.00 to have the key brought to us. I had rented two rooms, but only one was available. Reception found a mattress for my 7-year-old son to sleep on, and the refrigerator doesn't work, so everything we brought will go to waste. This is absurd. It's 12:30 a.m. now, and we're trying to figure out what to do.

We booked a two-bedroom chalet but were given one with only a single bedroom. They said one of the rooms in the chalet had a leak. The bathroom shower was also having problems. Unfortunately, the place needs proper maintenance, and it isn't being done.

It's close to the beach, but the service was awful. I practically had to beg someone to come and hand over the keys. We had arranged to pick them up at 3 p.m., but the woman only showed up at 5 p.m. I lost half my day.
