Sr e Sra Tamura were wonderful, always ready to help. The inn has a peaceful, positive feel and a family atmosphere. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh when I arrived, from the rooms to the bedding and towels. Breakfast was continually replenished, so guests could serve themselves without feeling like they were getting leftovers. It's also close to the bus station and supermarkets. Great value, I loved it!

The rooms were very clean, simple, well organized, and smelled good. Sr. e Sra. Tamura were polite and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the TV doesn't get all the free-to-air channels because of the signal in the area. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed for two days and it was practically a nightmare. The manager first showed me room 26. There was no light, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom was outside, shared, and filthy. I asked to move, but was told there wouldn't be another room until the morning. At daybreak, an employee moved me to room 21. It smelled unbearably like sewage and the bed was broken. It was hot, and the air conditioner was switched off or disabled. When I asked them to turn it on, they wanted to charge me R$ 40,00. There were no towels in the room; when we asked, they said the high number of guests meant they'd run out. How can an inn charging this price have no towels for a paying guest? The ceiling fan barely worked, and the bathrooms in both rooms were very dirty. All that hassle for R$ 200 per night. I do not recommend it, stay away!
