We stayed at pousada Lagoa in December 2024, and the experience with all the nature around the inn was surreal. The room was romantic and spacious, and the location was really good. Maria Herminia, Nina, and the rest of the staff were so attentive and polite to us. Grateful for the stay.

I never ended up staying at the inn, unfortunately, despite trying hard to book. For two days I was messaging Tereza Cristina on WhatsApp, who said she handled reservations. I asked about dates and waited a long time for a reply. Then I had a few basic questions about transfer and access, but she only got back to me the next day after I followed up again. I was exhausted from chasing a response and nearly begging for service, so I called, but there was no answer. WhatsApp is the only way to contact the inn, and I even started worrying it might be a scam number pretending to be them. Tereza showed so little care in responding and moving my reservation along. It’s a shame that such a beautiful inn with such a nice concept has no other booking or contact options. When I asked again about dates and available rooms, she got confused, mixed up the rooms, and changed the dates. Because basic information took so long to confirm, I lost the available flight options. Ms. Herminia, Tereza told me you’re responsible, please review how guests can get in touch.
