We had a really peaceful time there, and I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a great spot for the family to enjoy the pools and have fun, with really good food too. Congrats to the team at olho d'gua park hotel for their effort and understanding! 😉

The food was really good, with generous portions and fair prices, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Our kids felt comfortable and had a great time. One issue came up with some other children behaving unsafely on the water rides and putting kids at risk. After several complaints, the management had to be firmer with them. Aside from that, our Day Use experience was wonderful. We’re sure to come back and stay there! TOP!

The service was poor and slow, and everything felt far too bureaucratic for visitors. It was horrible starting with the manager, who kept shouting at children, supposedly to keep them safe in the water park.
