Marcos, the owner, and his staff are incredibly nice, and the place has a very distinctive decoration. It's pretty simple, with a really good location. You'll definitely remember your stay there, in a good way!

We booked two nights at Pousada do Beco in Caravelas, December 11 and 14, 2025, because we planned to go to Abrolhos. Apecatu recommended the inn. Strong winds led the Marinha do Brasil to cancel our trip, and Apecatu told us and refunded the tour in full. We had paid Pousada do Beco half the lodging cost, but when we asked for that money back, they refused, saying it wasn't their problem. We explained that the cancellation was due to the Marinha do Brasil's decision and that Apecatu had refunded the tour, but the inn still wouldn't return the payment. They said this was stated in the booking terms, which guests can only see after paying. In short, avoid this inn. They show no commitment to tourism in the region or to their business partners.

Adriano was very welcoming. He waited for us to arrive from Porto Seguro after midnight and greeted us warmly. We stayed here for our Abrolhos trip because the pier is only about a 10-minute walk away, which was a deciding factor. When a problem with the trip meant we needed another night in Caravelas, he promptly helped us find a room. We were also able to leave our bags at the inn while we were out on the trip, which made a real difference. Highly recommended!
