The amenities make Edf Manhattan Home Service a good place to live. There's a gym, games area, pool, and a small market for everyday basics. The shared spaces are kept clean and organized, and the lifts serve residents well. It also has controlled entry, a garage, and a nice lobby. In a well-off neighborhood with a great location, it works well for both short and long stays.

The apartment itself is nice, though there's no space for a laundry area. There are both one and two-bedroom apartments in the building. It has a good location in Caruaru, near the Ipiranga gas station on Agamenon Avenue, the city's main avenue. The building also has a gym, heated pool, and a front desk staffed around the clock.

I can't speak to the place itself, but the doorman's service was awful. He left me out on a deserted street while he sorted out the issue with the property manager. In the end, I canceled the reservation.

A good setup and location, with a small apartment that works well for a couple. The garage is the one drawback, it's really tight.
