Accord Bem Hotel

The breakfast was good, and the room and bathroom both felt roomy. Everything was clean and organized, though there wasn't any luxury to it. After some other stays, this one was a pleasant surprise. I really liked it.

Trying to rest was tough because a glass window beside the bed faces the corridor. People walking by sounded so loud, with their voices echoing, it felt like they were in the room. That window gets in the way of the guest experience; honestly, it'd be better without it.

Breakfast had lots of breads, sweets, and fruit, and I was charmed by the reception area, which was cool and had displays of different drinks. The room itself was spacious, with furniture in great shape, good beds, and a nice shower. I did miss having an outlet in the bathroom. I had to do some maneuvering to dry my hair and see myself in the mirror at the same time, using my own hair dryer. Also, the bathroom door stopped against the toilet.

We stayed in the deluxe double room and used our RDC Viagens plan without any trouble. The room was wonderful, the coffee was impeccable, and everyone at reception was polite and welcoming. There was good internet, secure enclosed parking at the hotel, an on-site convenience shop, room service, a smart TV, and a coffee maker in the room. I forgot to take a photo, but I have nothing but praise for the place and its team. Thanks! When something's good, it deserves praise.
