I manage four beachfront Fortaleza View apartments, all fully remodeled and 100% taken care of. This building stands out in Cumbuco: it has a spot right on the beach, an infinity pool, and sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, including the living rooms and bedrooms. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a parking space, and a kite locker. It's also the only building in Cumbuco with a real elevator, and the 24-hour security is great.

The best part for us was being able to kite right in front of the complex. Our flat, 301, had a lovely sea view from the balcony, and the bedrooms were large and modern, with a kitchen and a bathroom each. The complex itself is a beautiful, very new residential place right on Cumbucu beach, in good condition and centrally located. There are plenty of nice beach bars and restaurants nearby, plus a lovely infinity pool looking out to the beach and sea, and a barbecue area with a sea view.
