Great rooms and a friendly atmosphere, with good local and international food and welcoming service. You sleep 20 meters from your kite and 30 meters from where you launch, so it’s a perfect place to relax and kite. I’ve had great times here and made good friends. I’ve been coming back every year for four years. Thank you, Onna Beach.

We got an email thanking us for the reservation, with a reservation number, but when we arrived they said it wasn’t confirmed and we had no room. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. It was a terrible experience. Windtown next door is a much better hotel, with amazing customer service.

The location was much farther from the center than we expected, and the rooms looked awful when we arrived. The pousada’s facilities seemed neglected and dirty, so we chose to stay somewhere else. The owner agreed to refund 50% of our two-week stay, but we’re still waiting. He has stopped answering our calls and messages. The owner was dishonest.

The location was bad and the service poor. Our room was very dirty after the previous guest, and management refused to clean it when we asked. Their attitude ruined our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

My watch was stolen from my room, and they didn’t offer any help. Apart from that, it’s a nice place.
