We had two rainy days and were stuck in a stuffy room with no ventilation. The bathroom seemed completely out of code, with no opening at all and mold all over the ceilings. The shower door was too narrow for anyone a bit heavier to get through. The whole inn felt stifling, with no outside ventilation. Awful. The parking area is tiny, and if the inn is full, you have to wake another guest to get your car out. The bathroom smelled like sewage the whole time. We were also worried because the kitchen is inside next to the room, with no opening, and wondered what would happen if there were a gas leak. Choose somewhere else. It isn't worth it. We stayed in September 2023 with family. Cost-benefit, location, and service.

The inn is so comfortable and nicely decorated, just a lovely place. The owners and staff are wonderful, and we’ll never forget the little cheese breads baked fresh, with that coffee aroma. They gave us an incredible experience!

I had a bad experience with this booking. After I reserved through Booking, the accommodation told me I had to transfer money to an account they provided 45 days before my stay. I asked whether they wanted the payment early because they were worried about cancellations, and suggested using a credit card instead. Paying almost two months ahead without even seeing the place made no sense to me. At every hotel I’ve stayed at, and there have been many, either you pay on the day or they hold the amount on your card. I asked why they required it, and they simply didn’t answer. Then they canceled my reservation without my permission. By then, the other good options in town had been booked because my reservation was canceled. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They said they’d sent three emails, but I only received one, on the day I made the reservation. They also said this was in the accommodation policies, but please check with the app, because it isn’t there. It’s written somewhere else in the information. I’d advise making this requirement very visible, perhaps in the accommodation description, to prevent more problems.

The rooms are small, and there isn’t much privacy. In one room, the window faces the main entrance, so everyone walking by can see inside. The inn is a converted house. Breakfast is very basic for what they charge. On the plus side, it’s well located near the center and easy to get to. The owners and employee are very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms, bathrooms, and bed linen were especially clean.
